Last year we published our study on “Women in Leadership Positions” with a focus on Europe and the most important industries.
We are pleased to be able to present you with the current figures and changes in this issue. The Covid-19-related developments have not yet been recorded and we are curious to see whether and to what extent the pandemic will have an impact. The results of this will be evaluated in the next edition in 2021.
Compared to the previous year, there has been a steadily positive increase in the proportion of women in management positions. The number of female managers is at an all-time high among both the Global Fortune 500 and the DAX companies. However, there is still a long way to go before gender parity is achieved.
